Old Poplars is a delightful building – one of three traditional, Kentish white weather-board houses which are part of our unique campus. It is a real home from home for the girls, and they benefit hugely from the support given by our dedicated House Staff.

Housemistress Jules Wareham lives in Old Poplars with her husband Harvey and children, Alex and Matthew. She is also Director of Enrichment and a teacher.

Jules says: “Old Poplars is a comfortable, spacious house for the girls to relax in, and we enjoy having hot chocolate and movie nights or ordering takeaways. It is a haven from the outside world; a place where girls can be girls, enjoying life to the full and finally emerging as young ladies.”
