What do you do at Bethany?
I teach studies Food and Nutrition and cooking skills. I am also a second boarding assistant.
What did you do before you came to Bethany?
I ran and owned my own Italian restaurant and deli. I was the chef for 5 years. I then went to university study food development and nutrition. Then trained to become a teacher.

What was your favourite subject at School and why?
My favourite subject at school were all practical lessons where i could design or make something.
Why do you like working at Bethany?
My first impression of Bethany showed what an incredible place it is. Everyone is warm and welcoming. Not to mention the incredible location.
What interests do you have outside Bethany?
Apart from cooking and food. I enjoy keeping fit, walking, gym and swimming. I am also a Liverpool FC fan.
What is your favourite colour and why?
Red, it is a strong, bright colour. It is also Liverpool FC colour.
What’s your favourite childhood memory?
Year 9 at school. I made friends that i still have today. Year 9 camp bought us together.
If you were not doing what you are doing now, what would you be doing?
I have done a lot before becoming a teacher, so i would probably be back in Italy teaching to students.
