I teach dance to KS3 pupils, lead GCSE Dance, choreograph the school musical productions and work with the dance scholars.

What did you do before you came to Bethany?
Advanced Skills Teacher (Dance) for Warwickshire / Head of a large Dance department at a secondary school with Arts College Status in Leamington Spa.

What is your favourite quotation and why?
My Mama always said, ‘Life was like a box of chocolates.  You never know what you’re gonna get.‘” – Forrest Gump.

It’s a simple but accurate insight on life which I can relate to as a chocolate lover!

What was your favourite subject at school and why?
English was my favourite subject as I enjoyed exploring new characters and writing extracts from their point of view.

Why do you like working at Bethany?
It’s a small environment where everyone knows each other and the pupils are very polite.

What interests do you have outside Bethany?
Reading, theatre, exercise classes and family days out.

What is your favourite childhood memory?
Performing ‘The Kids From Fame’ shows with my sisters in the garden to my parents and anyone who’d watch!

What is your favourite colour and why?
Bright pink as it’s so vibrant and cheerful.

If you were not doing what you are doing now, what would you like to do?
A primary school teacher.
