Posted In Dyslexia and Learning Support

The Year 7 pupils and their teachers have been working on making papier-mâché figures of themselves and all the things they are good at.

1st prize goes to Bertie Green who made a fabulous ‘Mini Me’, showing his love for being a goalie. He included a goal post and netting, massive goal keeper gloves and real laces for his boots.

Joint second prize goes to Matthew Jones for his excellent model incorporating a space helmet representing his interest of space, Star Wars trousers in honour of the films, plus his model was on skis, showing us his love of skiing! Daniel Reilly’s ‘Mini Me’ was made with real attention to detail and illustrated his hobbies of hockey and golf. His making and decorating was skilfully crafted and produced an very neat finished item.
