Bethany School’s A level performance at the end of Year 13 in 2018 was the third highest in Kent, beating all other Independent secondary schools and colleges with Sixth Form in the county.
This is a testament to the excellent preparation we give our pupils for their A level examinations and university entry, which last summer was again rewarded with many pupils securing places at their first choice universities.
At Bethany School, our philosophy of learning is focussed on pupils developing lifelong learning habits, which lead to excellent individual outcomes. These are promoted through our innovative and extensive curriculum. We offer 26 A level courses – including the Extended Project Qualification – enabling pupils to choose the subjects they enjoy and allow their individual talents to flourish.
Headmaster, Francie Healy, said: “I am absolutely delighted that the hard work and dedication of our pupils and staff is being appropriately recognised. At Bethany we keep the child at the centre of every decision we make and our results are further evidence of just how well this is working.”
We remain, as ever, thankful to the inspirational teachers and supportive parents of Bethany School who have helped bring out the very best in our pupils.
