Christian Lanzer Memorial Service

The Society was saddened to learn that Christian Lanzer, Headmaster at Bethany from 1970-88, passed away on Thursday, 14th January 2010, aged 85.  Christian, who some of you will have enjoyed seeing at last year's Reunion Day or at the Annual Dinner, had become too frail to live on his own and had moved into a care home in Wimbledon to be near his extended family.  Paul Holmes has written a tribute to Christian which can be read on the News page of the School's website, under latest news.  A memorial service was held in the Chapel at Bethany in May.
