The Orchard, a purpose-built House, lies at the heart of Sixth Form life.  All sixth formers, from both the Lower and Upper Sixth, use the communal facilities and the House becomes home to the boarders in their final year.  The House offers individual study bedrooms for boarders with ensuite faciltiies, study rooms for all Upper Sixth day students, a common room, a conference room, well-equipped cooking and laundering areas, a games room, a separate TV room and garden area.  The Orchard is the hub of Sixth Form social life and hosts a wide variety of events.
