One of the highlights of Parents' Day is the charity Fashion Show organised by the Lower Sixth to raise money for the Hospice in the Weald. This year's show case of senior work certainly lived up to expectations.
The Textiles Room was beautifully decorated with an Indian theme to match the theme of the dresses and skirts designed and made by the AS students. There were also many examples of GCSE coursework and exam work on display as well as A2 personal project work.
The two shows were a great success and were well supported by friends, family and students. The models from Years 7 to 9 certainly enjoyed the opportunity to sashay down the catwalk and the boys had a great deal of fun taking part too.

In keeping with the theme of the event, Indian refreshments were served in the Food Technology room between the two shows. The Lower Sixth Textiles students would like to thank everyone for their support and are delighted that just over £350 was raised for the Hospice in the Weald. A gallery of photos from the shows can be seen below.
