On one of the most glorious days of the summer so far a group of enthusiastic young artists from Years 7 to 9 spent the day at Scotney Castle.  They had been invited by the Community Engagement Office of the National Trust which has launched an arts project at the Castle.

 

The pupils spent the morning sketching across the lake and in the afternoon produced their watercolour studies.
