On 14th March a staff versus 1st team hockey match took place during lunchtime to raise money for Sport Relief.  Spectators were charged £1 and hot chocolate drinks and cookies were also sold. 

The game was hard fought and resulted in a 3 - 1 victory for the staff, although the 1st XI were unlucky not to score more goals.

The match coincided with a non-uniform day orgainised by the Charities Club which raised over £400 for the Demelza House Children's Hospice.
